| How long before my travel should I arrive at your premise? | |||
| We recommend that you arrive at our premises 15 minutes prior to the required check-in time of your flight. | |||

| How far away from the Airport are you? | |||
| You can see our premise from the start of George Bolt Memorial Drive and it takes approximately 5 minutes from our premise to the Domestic Terminal. | |||

| How do I get from your premise to the airport and back again? | |||
| Our fleet of complimentary shuttles will transfer you to and from the appropriate terminal. | |||
| |
|||
| Will you be waiting for me when I get back? | |||
| Our van will be waiting for you upon your arrival. Pick up is between doors 2 and 3 at the Domestic Terminal and to the left of door 9 of the International Terminal or call us on 275 3063. | |||

| How do you work out what I will get charged? | |||
| Our system calculates your parking charges at the applicable hourly rate depending on whether you have selected covered or uncovered parking. | |||

| How can I pay for your service? | |||
| We have cash, Eftpos and credit card facilities available. | |||
| |
|||
| Is there a minimum charge? | |||
The cost for the first 24 hours is $13.20 for uncovered parking or $16.80 for covered parking. After the first 24 hours, the price is calculated at an hourly rate. All parking is charged from flight departure to flight arrival, rather than when car is dropped off or collected. |

| There are 6 of us travelling, do I need to drop them at the terminal first? | |||
| No it is not necessary to take your travel party to the terminal because we can transfer you all. It is preferred that we are advised of the number of people in your travel party when you make the booking so we can accommodate you. | |||

| Will you allow my pet to travel from your premise to the terminal with me? | |||
| Provided the animal is correctly caged, we can transport your animal to the airport with the exception being service animals, who may be uncaged. | |||

| Do you have child safety seats? | |||
| We have child safety seats to cater to legal requirements. It is helpful if we are advised of what seat will be required at the time of booking. | |||
| |
|||
| Can I check in at your premise? | |||
| It couldn’t be easier. We now offer self service kiosk check-in for your Domestic flights and are working towards upgrading the kiosk to enable you to check in for your International flights too - watch this space. | |||

|||
| What days are you open and what are your hours of operation? | |||
| We are open 365 days a year from 0400 hours through the last expected client returning on a flight which is generally around 0200 hours. Anything outside of these hours, special arrangements can be made for you by contacting us on 09 275 3063. | |||
