Only itineraries containing Flexi, Global Flexi or Business Class (excluding Business Saver) fares can be cancelled online. A full refund will be credited to the original form of payment you used to make the booking.

- If the booking is for more than one passenger, then the flights for all passengers will be cancelled.
  - If you want to cancel the flights for only some of the passengers on your booking, then please call 13 24 76 and have your Electronic Ticket Itinerary & Receipt handy.
 
1. The Cancel booking page displays the details of the booking, a summary of the original payment, and a summary of the refund you will receive if you decide to cancel.
2. Enter the Email Address where you would like your Electronic Ticket, Itinerary and Receipt with cancellation and refund details sent.
3. If you decide not to cancel your booking, click RETURN TO MANAGE BOOKING.
4. To continue with the cancellation, click CANCEL THIS BOOKING.
5. The Booking cancellation confirmation page confirms that your booking has been cancelled and a refund Electronic Ticket, Itinerary and Receipt will be emailed to you. A copy of the refund details are displayed on this page.
6. Click the PRINT button to print a copy of the confirmation page for your records.
7. When finished viewing the page, click CLOSE.
