Retrieve online booking

 

You can review flights that you are yet to take, so long as they were booked online. Start by logging in to 'My Account' or with guest access.

1. After you have logged in to 'My Account' via your username (or Airpoints™ membership number) and password, select Manage Bookings.
 
 
 
2. Select Bookings, Make New Booking and then Click here to view your online flight bookings.
3. The Retrieve online booking page allows you to review an online booking you have made.
4. Enter the Booking Reference from your Electronic Ticket (ET) Itinerary and Receipt.
5. Enter the Email Address that you used for the original booking.
6. Enter the Phone Number that you used for the original booking.
7. Click CONTINUE to review the booking details.
8. The Manage booking page displays a summary of the online booking you requested.
  From this page you can choose from the following options.
 
- Click CANCEL THIS BOOKING to cancel itineraries containing Flexi or Business Class fares. See Cancel a booking for more details.
- Click REQUEST TICKET COPY to request a copy of the electronic ticket (ET), itinerary and receipt for the booking. See Request copy of ticket for more details.
- Click CLOSE if you don't wish to continue.
