Step 3 - Traveller details

Booking with your credit card

This page displays the flights you have selected. After reviewing them, please enter the details for all travellers so we can prepare your tickets.

1. These are the flights you selected.
   
2. Next is the total cost of your tickets.
   
3. Please read through all fare conditions carefully.
   
4. If you are not logged in to My Account, you can choose Remember these details for next time. This will store the information you enter for Passenger 1 for your next visit on the same computer. Uncheck this box to clear the information from storage.
   
5. Please enter all information marked with an asterisk (*) including a title for each traveller - even children and infants. A daytime phone number is required for the first traveller so we can let you know if there are any changes to your flight times.
   
6. For international travel, enter passport details (including gender and date of birth) if known. This will save you time when you check in for your flights.
   We have a Privacy and Security Policy to protect your personal information.
   
7. Select the Frequent Flyer Programme that each traveller belongs to. Depending on the fares you have chosen, you can earn Airpoints Dollars™ if you are an Air New Zealand Airpoints™ member.
   
8. Enter each traveller's frequent flyer Membership Number here.
   
9. If the traveller requires Special Assistance, select this here. If the type of special assistance required is not in the list, please phone 0800 737 000 so that the booking may be made and include all supporting documentation.
   
10. If travelling return, Air New Zealand Travel Insurance will be automatically added to your booking. If you do not require travel insurance, choose 'no thanks' here.
    
11. If you are travelling to the USA and you know the address where all travellers will be staying, enter it here. This will save time at check-in.
    
12. If you decide that you do not wish to continue with the booking, select Start Over to return to the Search page.
    
13. If you are happy with your itinerary, select Continue.
