Welcome to the Air New Zealand guide to logging in to 'My Account'.
Login is required for access to member information and online services such as viewing Airpoints™ account information and making Airpoints bookings. Before you can log in, you need to register your online membership.
To log in, enter your username and password in the login panel
found at the top of every page. If you are an Airpoints member you can
use your Airpoints
membership number instead of your username if you prefer.

Enter your username created when you first registered online, or your Airpoints membership number. |

Enter your password. |

Click LOGIN to continue. |

Your username (or Airpoints number) and password will be validated and your personalised page displayed.
Please note if you enter an invalid username, Airpoints number and/or password three times, you will be unable to continue.
