Retrieve online booking

You can review flights that you are yet to take. Start by entering your details as shown below.

1. From Manage bookings select View, change or cancel booking.

2. Select View, change or cancel booking.

3. Enter your Booking reference from your Electronic Ticket (ET) Itinerary and Receipt.

4. Enter your Family name.

5. Enter your Email address that you used for the original booking.

6. Enter Phone number that you used for the original booking.

7. Click Continue to retrieve your booking.

 
 
 
8. Select Bookings > Manage Bookings and then "retrieve your booking" to view your online flight details
 
 
9. The Retrieve online booking page allows you to review an online booking you have made.

10. Enter the Booking Reference from your Electronic Ticket (ET) Itinerary and Receipt.
11. Enter the Email Address that you used for the original booking.
12. Enter the Phone Number that you used for the original booking.
13. Click Continue to review the booking details.

14. The Manage booking page displays a summary of the online booking you requested.
  From this page you can choose from the following options, if they are applicable to your booking.
 
- Click SEAT REQUEST to select your preferred seat. See Seat Request for more details.
- Click CANCEL THIS BOOKING to cancel itineraries containing Flexi or Business Class fares. See Cancel a booking for more details.
- Click REQUEST TICKET COPY to request a copy of the electronic ticket (ET), itinerary and receipt for the booking. See Request a copy of your ticket for more details.
- Click CLOSE if you don't wish to continue.
 
 
 
15. After you have logged in to 'myairnz' via your username (or Airpoints™ membership number) and password, you will find the myBookings section.
