Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you can use our password help.
1. Start by selecting 'Need password or username help?' from the 'My Account'
drop down menu.
2. Follow the prompts that you are given. To complete the process you will need to choose a new password to replace the one you have forgotten.
Tips for choosing a secure password:
- Include upper and lower case letters, numbers and/or punctuation (!@$#%^&*.-_=+)
- Don't share your password with anyone or write it down
- Don't use personal information such as your name, phone number, birth date or address
- Avoid using words from the dictionary
