Registering for the first time?
Overview
Welcome to the Air New Zealand guide to registering for 'My Account'.
Registration enables you to access your Airpoints™ account information and make Airpoints bookings online. Other online services include building up a Gifting Register for gifting Airpoints rewards, and telling us about your communication preferences. If you are not already an Airpoints member you can join online if you are a resident of New Zealand, Australia or the Pacific Islands.
To get your registration underway, use the Register Now links. These links can be found in the drop down menu for 'My Account' and online booking pages.
During registration you must complete all fields that are marked with an asterisk (*). If you do not complete the mandatory fields or enter an incorrect format you will see the following message display:
