Step 1 - Setup and security

If you are not yet an Airpoints member, and prefer not to join at this stage, choose No here. It's still worth registering your online profile to streamline your future online bookings, and you can always join Airpoints later. If you choose to join Airpoints we will ask for your credit card details on the next page to pay the $50 membership fee.

If you choose 'Already a member' the following fields will appear. Have your membership number and PAC (Personal Access Code) ready.

Enter a username and password that you would like to use when you login to 'My Account'. Confirm your password by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.

Your username and password must each contain at least 6 characters, including at least one letter. To make your password more secure:

• Include upper and lower case letters, numbers and/or punctuation (!@$#%^&*.-_=+)
• Don't share your password with anyone or write it down
• Don't use personal information such as your name, phone number, birth date or address
• Avoid using words from the dictionary

Select a login help question from the drop-down and then enter your answer. The login help answer will be used to identify you if you forget your login details.

Your login help answer must contain at least 6 characters using letters and/or numbers. Do not use any punctuation or special characters.

Select your country of residence from the drop down list.

Click CONTINUE.
